Data that changes decisions.

Geospatial data with Human Intelligence. We gather everything there is to know about a place, interpret it and tell you what to do: where to open, which area to boost or which campaign to launch.

We know how much is spent in every postcode. And where the people spending it come from.

It's our biggest edge. With card transactions in shops and in-store sales we see the spending in each postcode and which other postcodes its buyers come from.

How much is spent
A postcode's spending volume, by category and month by month.
Where it comes from
Which postcodes bring in every euro and how much outside customers weigh.
What to do about it
Where to win customers, which area to strengthen and who to target with your next campaign.

Data doesn't make decisions. People do.

We work with all the data within our reach and interpret it with experience on the ground. We call it Human Intelligence.

How we work
IHdataHuman Intelligencedecision

Three views of any area.

We combine public and private sources to understand who lives there, who visits and who buys. Scroll to see it.

Resident density by block

Resident profile

Who lives in the area.

How many people live there, how old they are, what income households have and what they spend it on.

  • How many people live here, and how old are they?
  • What income do households have?
  • How is their spending split?

Visitor profile

Who comes, when, and how long they stay.

Visits by day and hour, length of stay, age and income of the people who pass through, and how people move around it.

  • Which days and hours get the most visits?
  • How long do people stay?
  • What profile do visitors have?

Consumer origin

Where the people who buy come from.

With card transactions in shops and in-store sales we know how much is spent in each postcode and which other postcodes its buyers come from. So you know whether your customer is local or comes from elsewhere, and where to go and find them.

  • Which areas bring in the most spending?
  • How much do outside customers weigh?
  • Where is the customer who doesn't come yet?

Human Intelligence

And the most important part: making sense of it.

Data doesn't decide on its own. Our team reads it against what it knows about the area and gives you a clear conclusion: what is happening, why, and what we recommend you do.

Three ways to work together.

All of them include what sets us apart: a team that interprets the data and tells you what it means.

From analysis to campaign.

The same data that explains an area is what you act on. We use it to decide where and when to launch a campaign, and to check afterwards whether it worked.

  • Does this location have potential?

How its surroundings compare with other options before you decide.

  • How many people did the event bring in?

Festivals, fairs or campaigns compared with a normal period: visitors, origin and length of stay.
