What data we process

We only process the data you give us. If you fill in the demo form: name, company or organisation, email, phone (optional), the address or area you are interested in with its catchment area (on foot, by car or administrative) and the service you are interested in. If you email or call us, whatever data you include in your message. We do not process special categories of data.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects browsing data: pages viewed, visit length, device and browser type, approximate location (city or country) and online identifiers assigned to your browser. It cannot identify you by name.

The data we show on the website about areas, visitors or spending is aggregated and anonymous and cannot identify anyone.

What we use it for

To handle your demo request or enquiry, get in touch with you and, if you ask, prepare a proposal. We make no automated decisions and build no profiles with your data, and we don't use it to send you marketing unless you ask us to.

Google Analytics data, only if you accept it, to understand in aggregate how the website is used and improve it. We don't use it for advertising.

Legal basis

For the form and messages: your consent and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR). For web analytics: your consent, given in the cookie notice (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 22.2 LSSI-CE).

You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. For cookies, use «Cookie settings» in the footer.

How long we keep it

Form data and messages: 24 months from your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete it.

Google Analytics data: 14 months, the shortest period Google Analytics allows.

Who else can access your data

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To run the website and the form, two providers process it on our behalf as data processors:

• Vercel Inc., which hosts the website.
• Resend, which delivers the email with your request to our inbox.
• Mapbox, Inc., which looks up the address you type, places it on the map and works out its catchment area. To do so it receives the search text and your browser's IP address.
• Google Ireland Limited, which provides Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

International transfers

These providers or their parent companies may process data outside the European Economic Area, in the United States. When they do, it is under appropriate safeguards: the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, for certified companies, or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to publicom@publicom.cat or by post to our address, quoting «RGPD-localtraffic.es». Tell us which right you want to exercise and prove your identity.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). If a security breach posed a high risk to your rights, we would tell you without undue delay.

Minors

Only people aged 14 or over can give us their consent. If you are under 14, we need the consent of your parents or guardians.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies only if you accept them. The full details are in the Cookie policy.

Links to other sites

The localtraffic.app client platform, Instagram and LinkedIn have their own privacy policies, for which we are not responsible.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to the website. We will publish any change here with its date.
